Once you pay the one time flat fee payment of $199 you will be directed to our forms page! We will need a data form completed by you! The data form will provide us with all the details about your property for the Orlando MLS listing. We will also need for you to sign and fax back a listing agreement that meets the requirements to the Multiple Listing Service. The agreement basically states that you will agree to pay a Realtor a commission usually 3% when they produce a buyer for your property and it closes.
